It is a priority to us that we provide tasteful and varied cuisine for which we mainly use local seasonal products, high-quality Austrian meat and free-range eggs from the Landskron estate.

Not to forget the extensive assortment of wines from our cellar including exquisite Austrian wines.

Culinary treats for your palate

Austrian buffet: juicy pork roast with crackling, knuckle of pork and sauerkraut, sweet delights such as apricot dumplings and sweet cut-up pancakes with raisins.

Asian buffet: fragrant rice, wok vegetables, curry, fish, chicken and lamb combined with ginger, coriander and lemon grass, and much more.

Mediterranean buffet: a journey through the Mediterranean – including paella, sea bass, lasagne and tzatziki, sweetened with fluffy tiramisu and semifreddos.
